Dear Client!

I am Dr. Zoltán Dániel Kakuk, individual lawyer, and I am dealing exclusively with criminal matters. I have received my law degree in 2013 at the Law Faculty of the University of Miskolc with "cum laude" qualification. Currently, I am a member of the Budapest Bar Association and my office is located in the downtown of Budapest, in the 5th district, in a central location close to the courts, which location is excellent in terms of traffic.

After completing my studies, and even as a candidate attorney, I have solely dealt with criminal law, which practically defined the bases of my law practice. I offer legal representation to both the accused and the aggrieved/victims, to Hungarian and foreign persons alike. I am highly proficient in both spoken and written English.

My primary purpose is to provide my Clients with best quality criminal representation at a high professional standard. A Client can be satisfied with the lawyer’s work if he or she receives such a service during the legal representation and is informed of all the possible (legal) consequences of his / her conduct. Consequently, honesty is the prerequisite of trust between the Client and the lawyer.

Please allow me to finish this introduction with the, partly completed, words of one of my attorney colleagues: “In my office, the Client always receives honest and straightforward information, no matter how bad it may be, and not the information he primarily wants to hear.” Of course, it often happens during my work that the two things are the same.
